Fabulous.
Fabulous service, usually have my preferred lenses in stock but sometimes not. Nature of the beast I suppose.
The only issue I have found, is that when I buy a month of each lens, sometimes they are delivered in flat pack, which goes through letterbox great, and sometimes in bigger boxes which don’t fit. Due to this, I have to re arrange with Royal Mail for re delivery. Flat pack is just fantastic.

I like that you can compare prices easily, information is easily accessible and purchasing is easy
I don't like that often when you click on a brand, you find your prescription is out of stock. It would be nice if you could enter your prescription and the website auto-filtered which brands are in stock and which aren't
