This includes written instructions on lens wear and care, access to online resources (insertion / removal guides, cleaning tips, etc) and even direct support from our in-house Optometrist.

Where`s My Order?
All orders are Express Shipped from our fulfilment center in the UK and delivered to the USA after dispatch.

If your order has not been dispatched, it will show a status of 'Processing'

If your order has been dispatched, the status will show as 'Despatched - Order complete'

You will then see the Fedex tracking information which will tell you the status of your parcel. Alternatively, you can check the email we sent you when your order was despatched and click on the Fedex Tracking link.
